Quand je compile chez moi ton code source, j'ai : Avec l'option sorting=none les références numérotées dans l'ordre d'apparition. Avec l'option sorting=nty les références numérotées dans l'ordre alphabétique.

Quelles sont les compilations successives réalisées ?

pdflatex puis biber et a nouveau pdflatex ... j'ai l'impression que le sorting n'est pas pris en compte car meme en remplaçant par autre chose que none, j'ai toujours la meme ligne et pas de changements dans l'ordre

As tu essayé de supprimer tous les fichiers sauf le .tex et le .bib puis de recompiler avec l'option sorting=none ? (1pdflatex, 1biber, 2*pdflatex)

Pour compiler en ligne de commands, lancer l'interpréteur de commandes dans le dossier qui contient le fichier, et écrire explicitement les commandes qui figurent dans les options de configuration de TeXstudio: pdflatex -synctex=1 -enable-write18 -interaction=nonstopmode document.tex, puis biber document, puis de nouveau pdflatex.

C'est une histoire de fous. Avec sorting=none en option de biblatex ? Ce n'est simplement pas possible. Je suis à peu près sûr que le compilateur est lancé sur un autre fichier que celui que vous pensez, et que, ce fichier n'ayant pas été modifié… Pour en avoir le cœur net, donnez à celui qui comporte sorting=none n'importe quel nom dont vous soyez sûr qu'il n'a pas été utilisé, schnock.tex par exemple, et vérifiez dans le .log et le .blg si c'est bien lui qui est traité.

Je ne sait pas moi non plus d'ou peut provenir ce problème ... Je vous ai joint les fichiers aux et bbl dans le début de la question, on voit bien que tout est nty partout ... J'ai un second ordinateur sur lequel j'ai également texstudio, je regarderai egalement

La mention {@latex@error {Missing 'biblatex' package}... dans le fichier .bbl est précédée de \@ifundefined{ver@biblatex.sty} pour qu'une erreur de compilation (ne) soit émise (qu')au cas où le package biblatex ne soit pas trouvé. Pour tenter de régler le problème de configuration de TeXstudio, merci de modifier la question pour y ajouter le contenu du fichier texstudio.ini de configuration de TeXstudio situé, sous Windows, dans le dossier c:\Documents and Settings/User/AppData/Roaming/texstudio.

Le fichier .ini à été rajouté dans la question, c'est effectivement un problème au niveau de ma version de texstudio car j'ai essayé sur mon autre ordinateur ( ayant la meme version, a jour) et cela marche tres bien... j'envisage une reinstallation de texstudio mais j'aimerais bien comprendre ce qui n'a pas été configuré à l'interrieur

@AurélienCocq À 1re vue, tout m'a l'air OK dans ce fichier .ini. Plutôt que réinstaller TXS, ce qui risque de ne pas changer grand-chose, tu peux repartir de sa configuration initiale en 1) le fermant, 2) renommant texstudio.ini en texstudio-old.ini, 3) le rouvrant, 4) le configurant pour que l'outil de bibliographie par défaut soit biber. Si le problème est réglé, tu pourras comparer les fichiers texstudio.ini en texstudio-old.ini, à l'aide p. ex. de cet utilitaire, pour retrouver les ajustements de TeXstudio auxquels tu avais procédés auparavant.

J'ai mis en commentaire de la question différents fichiers ini, j 'ai mis celui que j'ai récupéré sur l'ordinateur ou cela fonctionne en comparaison avec le miens, peut etre y trouverez vous la raison qui fait que le miens ne veux pas ordonner la biblio...

Les différences entre ces deux fichiers, visibles 1 mois ici, font apparaître (p. ex. l. 323) que, contrairement à l'ordinateur où tout est OK, sur celui problèmatique, le répertoire de l'utilisateur (C:/Users/Aur\xe9lien) est mal interprété par TeX du fait de l'accent (é → \xe9). Sous Windows, il est fréquent que les noms d'utilisateurs contenant des caractères autres que ASCII posent problème avec la bibliographie entre autres. Essaie de créer un autre utilisateur dont le nom soit en caractères ASCII seulement et teste sous cet autre utilisateur.

@AurélienCocq Excusez moi, je n'ai pas bien compris votre dernier commentaire. Vous avez effacé les fichiers temporaires puis vous avez compilé en ligne de commande pdflatex + biber +pdflatex + pdflatex c'est ça ? merci de préciser. Si oui le problème est donc due à biber et non plus lier à la configuration de TeXstudio.

J'ai finalement désinstallé mes deux texlives ( 2015 et 2016 ) puis texstudio avant de refaire une installation de zéro de la texlive2016 seule puis de texstudio et apres installation et mise a jour complete, tout est devenu opérationnel et fonctionne parfaitement !

Je vois que j'avais une ancienne version de texstudio ( 2.10.8 au lieu de 2.11.0), que j'avais une version de Latex2e avec un patch level3 que je n'ai plus apres Et ensuite j'ai reinstallé uniquement la texlive 2016. Est ce que la modification manuelle 2015 vers 2016 que j'avais faite était bien réalisée et compléte ??

En tout cas, apres réinstallation complete de la texlive et du texstudio tout fonctionne normalement
