Problème de mise à jour de TeX Live

Je mets quotidiennement à jour ma TeX Live installée « à la vanille » sur un système Linux, via la commande sudo tlmgr update --self --all.

Je n'ai jamais rencontré le moindre problème avec cette commande que j'utilise depuis des années. Mais aujourd'hui, j'obtiens ceci :

J'ai les mêmes problèmes avec ctan.mirror.garr.it.

En revanche, je n'ai aucun problème avec tlmgr update --self --all --repository https://ctan.gutenberg-asso.fr/systems/texlive/tlnet/ : vive l'association GUTenberg.
