Grâce aux remarques de @touhami, et l'option `valign=t` de l'extension [adjustbox](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/adjustbox), qui aligne précisément la figure avec le haut de la ligne supérieure, j'ai corrigé mon ECM, qui fonctionne désormais :
