Surface sur un ternary diagram avec pgfplots
Je cherche à représenter une surface (un objet ressemblant à ça : [http://pgfplots.net/tikz/examples/surface-plot-math/][1])
sur un diagramme ternaire (cf [http://pgfplots.net/tikz/examples/tag/ternary-diagrams/][2]), activé par
`\usepgfplotslibrary{ternary}`, à partir d'un fichier d'entrées.
Autrement dit, je voudrais faire quelque chose ressemblant aux figures 8a et 8b de cet [article][3].
[article][3], pour ceux qui ont un abonnement à cette revue.
Pour les autres, je propose [cette illustration][4], qui ressemble le plus à ce que je recherche.
