\setbeamerfont{alerted text}{shape=\itshape}
\setbeamerfont{alerted text}{family=\rmfamily}
\setbeamerfont{alerted text}{size=\Large, series=\bfseries, family=\rmfamily}
**Remarque** une variante étoilée existe `\setbeamerfont*`
